Liorose® Blooms & Gifting – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Liorose® (Pty) Ltd t/a Liorose® Blooms & Gifting is a registered business in the Republic of South Africa. We specialise in luxury flower arrangements, floral subscriptions, gifting, bespoke floral art, wellness-inspired workshops, and spiritually aligned creative experiences. By using our website, ordering from us, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

2. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via the contact form on our website, WhatsApp Business, phone, or email. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Lead times vary depending on the size and nature of the order. Custom or large-scale services (e.g., events, floral art, corporate installations) require consultation and a formal proposal or quote.

3. Deliveries

We offer delivery within Gauteng, including Fourways, Sandton, Bryanston, Midrand, Rosebank, Randburg, and surrounding areas. Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

If a recipient is unavailable, our team may:

Leave it at a secure reception or front desk (e.g., hospitals, offices, hotels)
Arrange redelivery or contact the recipient directly

No deliveries will be left unattended. Clients must ensure all delivery details are accurate. Any redelivery or rerouting required due to incorrect information may incur additional fees.

4. Product Substitutions

Due to seasonal and market variations, the flowers, packaging, or containers may differ from those pictured or described. Substitutions will be made with equal or greater value items, preserving the integrity and beauty of the original design.

Liorose is not responsible for adverse reactions to products due to allergies. Please ensure suitability when ordering for others.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Full payment is required before orders are confirmed. Pricing includes VAT (if applicable) and standard delivery fees within specified zones.

Payment methods include:

EFT (bank transfer)
Additional payment platforms may be introduced and will be visible during checkout

Custom quotes remain valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

For standard orders:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

For events, floral art, subscriptions, and workshops:

Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your proposal or agreement.

Refunds are only considered in cases of:

Non-delivery due to fault on our part
Product damage upon delivery
Product unavailability with no suitable substitute

Requests must be submitted within 36 hours of delivery, including photographic proof. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process. Note: Administrative fees will be deducted where incurred.

7. Subscriptions

We offer personalised floral subscription services for homes, offices, hospitality venues, and

wellness spaces. Minimum commitment: 3 deliveries.

Subscribers receive:

Regularly scheduled luxury floral arrangements
Care instructions and a welcome starter pack
Flexible pause or update options with 30 days’ notice

8. Workshops & Art Life Coaching

Workshops and retreats are booked in advance and subject to minimum attendance. Deposits are

non-refundable.

We offer:

Floral design workshops
Creative team-building experiences
Art Life Coaching for spiritual growth, purpose alignment, and wellness

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior for partial refunds or rescheduling options.

9. Promotions, Vouchers & Competitions

Promotional codes and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to expiration. Voucher misuse or manipulation will void the code. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Liorose is not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, supplier delays, transport disruptions, or acts of God. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.

11. Intellectual Property

All floral designs, art, photographs, branding, and workshop materials are the intellectual property of Liorose Pty Ltd and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without prior written permission.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We never share your information with third parties without consent, except where required to fulfil services (e.g. couriers).
